posted on by Lynzee Loveridge
Of Japan's many holidays celebrated throughout the year, a number of them recognize age-oriented milestones like Children's Day and Respect for the Aged Day. Today also marks a holiday in Japan: Coming of Age Day. Usually this day is reserved for celebrating teens who cross over into adulthood by successfully reaching the 20-year mark this year.
