Aikatsu Friends! Holds Auditions for New Voice Actor Singer to Debut in Anime

The Aikatsu! franchise is aiming to uncover the next generation of voice actor singers with its second annual "Miracle Seiyū Audition" contest. The auditions are again a collaboration between Bandai Namco Arts, Bandai Namco Pictures, Sunrise Music Publishing, and the newly established HoriPro International.
Similar to the first competition, the winner of the new auditions will make her debut in the Aikatsu Friends! anime, have a character song CD release from Bandai Namco Arts, and receive a contract with HoriPro International.
The application period will run from August 16 to September 13, and the preliminary selection will be determined on September 22-23. The training camp judging period will be held from September 28-30, and the final judging will take place on October 6. After the initial application process, all phases of judging will be held in Tokyo.
The auditions are open to young women between the ages of 15 and 20 who can speak Japanese in daily-life conversations. Applicants must not be affiliated with a talent agency.
The Aikatsu Friends! television anime premiered on April 5 as the third entry in the Aikatsu! franchise.
