do you mean online or bookstores? and are you U.S. located?
online I would suggest animecornerstore.com or rightstuf.com.
Barnes and Noble, Suncoast, Walden Books, and most other major book stores have manga as well

try inu yasha, naruto, one piece, or scyred.
inu yasha and scyred can be found at the places i mentioned before. I'm not sure if naruto and one piece are out yet, but they will be soon.

On-line, I like rightstuf.com and animecastle.com. Stores, I go to Waldenbooks. If you live in or near a big city, check out the China Town type areas because theres usually a lot of anime and manga.

Yea Barnes & Noble and Borders selections have been growing. Sometimes it's good just to go there and look around to get an idea of what to read (that's what I usually do when it's time to start something new). There's usually a graphic novel section in the science fiction section.

If you live in the Portland or Seattle areas, you can goto a Kinokunyia, which has a massive amount of manga, some even in English. Seriously, they do have a good size amount of English manga, that is all quality stuff. However, Japanese direct stores have everything shrink wrapped.
